We invite aspiring candidates and prospective employers through personal meetings, advertising and online registration. We also advertise through the right media vehicle to create a database as per the employers’ specific requirements.

We authenticate the information provided to us and ensure a genuine opportunity for both employers as well as employees.

Our fool proof system analyse the requirements. After analysing, we guide aspiring overseas job seekers suitable jobs for them according to their qualification, experience, market demand and preference. We do handhold them in choosing the relevant countries as per their career aspirations/job requirements.

Job seekers can upload, review and edit their Resume through a simple registration process.
Job providers can view the available candidate status for their requirements and shortlist the candidates through a simple registration process.

In the absence of online facility, one can make personal visit to the nearest offices of Sunsea, or send the registration form through mails. Our executives will get in touch with them over phone and complete the registration process

We maintain database of job seekers and job providers in our website. We publish/intimate the jobs available in the overseas market from time to time. Only registered members are allowed to view the database and make use of the same.

We follow a fool proof process to identify the right candidate/jobs, shortlist, screening (formal and informal), arrange final interviews/meetings across the country in major cities and complete the selection.

Our service does not end here. We also co-ordinate with the candidates and employers till the candidates get on to the job. We assist the candidates and employers in completing medical fitness, insurance, and emigration process too.

We take the responsibility in insurance claims/disputes and other relevant post job requirements, if a need be. We negotiate between the employer and employee effectively to make a long term and mutually beneficial relationship between them.
